2. Initiating a Return

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order.

7. Custom duties and Import Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and related governmental assessments applicable to your purchase (“Import Charges”) shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. IonicCare makes no representations regarding the existence or amount of such Import Charges, as these vary by jurisdiction, product classification, and applicable regulations at the time of import.

8. Value Added Tax (VAT)
Any Value Added Tax (VAT) or equivalent consumption tax imposed by the destination country is not included in the purchase price displayed at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise. The purchaser shall bear full responsibility for the payment of all VAT charges as may be assessed by customs or tax authorities.

9. Delivery Contingency 
Please be advised that delivery may be contingent upon your payment of Import Charges. IonicCare accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or package returns resulting from non-payment of such charges.

10. Non-refundable
Import Charges paid are non-refundable through IonicCare, even in cases of order cancellation, return, or exchange, except as may be required by applicable law.
